Building your Anxiety Toolkit is a collaborative and confidential process where I as a trained professional, help you explore your anxiety in depth and find techniques to help soothe it when it becomes overwhelming. It is a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a supportive environment.

As a Psychotherapist and Coach, I saw a need to create an integrative approach that supports individuals with understanding and tackling their anxiety.

Hi, Iโ€™m Elaine. Iโ€™ve been working in the therapy industry since 2015.

I am a qualified Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Life Coach, Reiki Master and Author with over 13 years of experience in person-centred care.

I have trained and qualified in various areas, including Business, Linguistics, Psychotherapy, Coaching, Healing, Addiction, Reiki, Transpersonal Therapy and Neuro-Diversity, to best serve my clients.

I have combined my years of experience with evidence-based practices to create my Build your Anxiety Toolkit service. I also use my years of experience as an anxiety sufferer. You see, I went through a period of having daily panic attacks and having my life taken over by anxiety. So I really do get it.

How sessions work

Your personalised 1:1 session lasts 60 minutes and takes place online.

During sessions we will work on your reasons for attending and dive deep into your anxiety. Weโ€™ll explore how and where it manifests and the impact it has on you. You will discover skills and build your own personalised toolkit to cope with difficult anxious situations.

Following our session, I will send you a workbook, personalised plan and grounding meditation.
